In 1961 a group of friends gathered to form a service club promoting education of Malibu children. Three of the early members are still active in Malibu Woman’s Club. As volunteers, we celebrate the scholarship and contributions of our outstanding fifth graders and high school seniors. All proceeds from our annual fundraiser, after event costs, go to award the achievements of our deserving young people. We appreciate community donations and participation.

Scholarships

Malibu Woman’s Club, Nurturing Leaders of Tomorrow, annually awards senior scholarships to residents of Malibu who attend our local high school or one of the private schools in the surrounding area. We have found that students benefit from recognition by our community for their achievements in academics, community service, and noteworthy participation in areas of their interest. Even though some encounter chronic illness, handicaps, or family crises, still they achieve excellence.

Donations

Nurture our Malibu Leaders of Tomorrow. Donate and attend our fun-raiser, Malibu Woman's Club Fall Dinner-Dance, Friday, November 2, 2012, at Bel Air Bay Club in Pacific Palisades. Our brilliant young people are depending on your generosity to the MWC scholarship program. The value of your gifts is deductible as a 501 (c) (3) charitable contribution. Give Cash, Send a Check, or Charge through PayPal.
